This is green belt. You do not need to use this. Use non-green belt and especially brown field sites wherever possible. This would significantly increase the size of Nab Wood - there are already no facilities in Nab Wood at all- eg no play area. Buses will be a significant distance from the new houses. Using Bankfield Road, Glenview Road and Glenview Drive for access is crazy. The roads are not suitable for it; the junction at Bankfield Road/Glenview Road is dangerous with cars not stopping, and with very bad visibility. Our daughter had a no fault crash a few years ago. This area is already a rat run. These roads are also very dangerous in winter. Are there spaces in local schools? People will need to drive to them, so creating traffic noise and pollution. There is significant wildlife, with deer and foxes regularly seen. Crazy idea, sorry.
