2) Some of the proposed development should be split with Middleton. Why are those areas rejected ?
3) Similarly, the old hospital site on Carters Lane would be ideal - why has that been rejected ? Can we see valid reasons for this and its not just more Nimbism!?
Use of true green field sites IL1/H and IL3/H should not be used when this brown field site exists nearby!
