Access - access to Meadowside Road and all the roads off Langley Lane can only be accessed via one route - Langley Lane directly. Access up and down Langley Lane during school hours is already problematic.
The road does not have the capacity to allow for parking as well as the flow of traffic resulting in numerous occasions when the road has been blocked by vehicles trying to travel in opposite directions.

Safety and schooling - Baildon C of E is the most oversubscribed primary school in Baildon. It would also add to traffic problems, and thus pollution, and with this I also have safety concerns for the children accessing the school.

Nature - birds including herrings and swans, deer, horses and many more. To negatively impact this habitat, and the biodiversity of this natural environment which boarders woods and acts as a buffer to the valley would be a huge shame
