Your plan states building on this site will have a moderate impact on Green Belt. I find it particularly concerning you have identified this site given it joins woodland priority habitat and TPO trees. You have also stated development here could impact on water quality, there would be limited access to both primary and secondary schools and that you would need to compensate for the impact on the greenbelt. Given you have stated Ilkley has little room for expansion not on green belt I am concerned that even those sites you enhance or try to protect will be developed in years to come as demand for housing continues to increase. Building on Green Belt sites now sets a scary and worrying precedence for future needs or developments
