KY18/H is a large site situated on Moss Carr Road. It is a greenfield site where103 dwellings are proposed to be built. Moss Carr Road is a narrow road and is unsuitable for main access to the proposed site. Vehicles are parked both sides of the road due to the lack of driveways .People using this road already have to be careful due to congestion without the proposed additional houses and a potential further 200 vehicles. The site is waterlogged as can be seen from the road due to excessive plant growth. The existing drainage cannot cope with the excess water that runs down Moss Carr where regular flooding occurs to the houses in Moss Carr Avenue.
