The access proposed is insufficient, even with modifications. When the build of the new Grammar School was proposed for this site some years back, the effect on traffic movement was a critical factor in rejecting it. The current proposal is much worse in that respect. Public transport access is also insufficient for a development of this size. The bus service is minimal; adding this new population to rail passengers would effectively remove the service as a viable option for passengers from further down the line.
