There is insufficient access to the site for this number of new dwellings.. The junction between Wheatley Grove and Rhydding Road is restrictive and difficult at the best of times. There is no feasible access to public transport, and this would result in greater blocking of facilities in both Ben Rhydding and Ilkley, both of which are already beyond capacity
