We would like to raise an-objection to potential-housing on the greenbelt-land at the junction of Shay-Lane/Crack- Lane.
Impact on house with hertiage aspects such as structural timbers in the loft which came from a ships-mast and is a unique heritage-building which-is listed on the ordnance-survey and all historical-maps.
Please see the-Councils own NPPF-legislation and UDP which are in-place to protect the openness of-the greenbelt-land and heritage-areas.
More-housing on Crack-Lane is totally-unsuitable and would seriously affect the-openness of the green-belt. Crack-Lane itself is totally unsuitable for any-extra dwellings and is-already severely-overused and unsuitable for moderate-traffic.
Impact for those diagnosed-asthmatic who like to live surrounded by cleaner air. Adding housing to this space would seriously affect clean air and physical and mental-health of asthmatic people. Not-to mention the overshadowing, lack-of privacy that would seriously affect neighbouring properties. It would totally destroy the haven of the hamlet of Nook.
