I object to SH4/H draft local plan for a number of reasons:
1, Within mind most households have two cars the amount of extra traffic generated would be overwhelming to the whole area.
2, There appears to be at least one Tree Preservation Order in this site No 0165 and one very close 0348.
3, I understand from previous plans in this area, or very close to it, that there are issues with historical coal mining making it potentially unsafe to build on.
4, My house is near the site and I have noticed, frequently, bats in the area.
