Draft Bradford District Local Plan - Preferred Options (Regulation 18) February 2021

Representation ID: 18066

Received: 22/03/2021

Respondent: Natasha Harrison

Representation Summary:

Access problems - the road is unkept, single track most likely. The fields would go which is a shame in a countryside village. The access would be up from Moor park drive where there are many families. Accidents are bound to occur.

The area is green belt land which will spoil the look of the village.

Children are very likely to struggle to get into the Primary school meaning local village children have to go to surrounding schools.

None of these sites are going to house "affordable houses" - Addingham is higher than average in house prices resulting in other houses being overpriced as well.
