The area is flooded with cars rat running for schools etc, as the council already knows. I cannot imagine what it would be like with the only access to these new houses being via Glenview Drive, which will make Nab Wood Drive even worse with traffic, looking at the amount of properties being proposed. This is an area of natural beauty, and contains an Ancient woodland !! The schools are known to be over subscribed in the area as it is, the roads are choked when the schools loose and it is dangerous to drive around here at this time. In my opinion if this goes ahead, it will be disasterous, leaving we in the existing neighbourhood to live with the turmoil this will create. All this, and not to mention the additional air quality pollution that will be caused.
