The proposal shows a total lack of environmental considerations as well as vision.
130 houses, or any number, building on this site has a huge environmental impact. The lack of vision is obvious when one tries to envisage how the total lack of infrastructure is going to be resolved without negative environmental consequences. The proposed, although offering lots of space, is just not suitable for housing development, also considering the various "right of way" paths running through this site and the large number of mature trees.
