1.greenbelt land that had 15 years of protection from last 25year review suddenly after purchase by builder gets council backing for provision of new housing.2. Due to steep slope of land it is impossible to not cause a blot on the landscape. 3. It is home to a fox's Den , wild deer and used for grazing and Harvesting Silage. 4. Cannot believe a landfill site with a marsh at the bottom and a one in five slope is suitable for building. 5. Increased traffic through already congested area to poor planning as where the Bingley By-pass ends. plus more.
