Draft Bradford District Local Plan - Preferred Options (Regulation 18) February 2021

Representation ID: 18274

Received: 22/03/2021

Respondent: Amy Haguma

Representation Summary:

•The site is Green Belt and has several TPOs on ancient trees at its border. It should not be built on.
•Development would have a catastrophic effect on wildlife habitats.
•Site is used by walkers, families, horse riders, runners, cyclists. Development would change the outlook from the narrow pathway and quiet cul-de-sac.
•Meadowside Road and Langley Lane are dangerous at school time with no capacity to park. Adding another 40 plus cars to this road would be highly dangerous.
•The site gets waterlogged and may not be suitable for development.
•Both primary and secondary schools are over capacity.
•The site is more than the wildlife and natural beauty it is a retreat for so many from the strains for city life.
