Draft Bradford District Local Plan - Preferred Options (Regulation 18) February 2021
Representation ID: 183
Received: 15/02/2021
Respondent: Mr Keith Gilert
Representation Summary:
The plan is not cognisant of many realities in the village and is potentially inaccurate in its assumptions. There is no dentist for example.
There is insufficient capacity in the school, the medical practice and the social facilities to support the suggested housing growth. The road infrastructure is old and not adequate to cope with the increased volumes created by the proposals if the occupants are economically active and have children and the use of walking and cycling is not widely supported by residents in a hilly location.
