Representation Summary:

Inadequate access.
The road isn’t fit for heavy plant coming on, it is in the plans of existing pasture avenue I believe.
Increase in traffic will be a danger to the children who play out on there bikes. The road would be too busy. Also cars double park at times on an evening when everyone is at home, leaving it hard to weave through, again this making it very difficult for children to play out.
The communal field where the entrance would be is where the children build dens and play, I strongly oppose them taking any extra land needed for the widen the entrance! In the field at the moment we have numerous wildlife, bats, deer and many others, it’s lovely to watch them with their young.
The avenue as it stands is not fit for extra traffic flow nor do we want things destroyed for houses.
