1)unrestricted road- vehicles travel at speeds in excess of 60 miles an hour already. More vehicles more danger to life

2) no pavements - increased pedestrians will mean more danger to life

3) no street lighting- danger to life

4) 40 houses means approximately 80 cars onto this narrow unrestricted LANE Feeding onto a mini roundabout that already has 5 entries/exits and where numerous accidents occur.

5) local schools are already oversubscribed.
6) impact on wildlife & conservation
7) impact on water supply, our water pressure is already non existent, poor drainage system in place.
