serious flooding in the area in 2015
cottingley cliffe road is already a race track with cars only slowing down at the speed cameras. Very difficult to turn right onto new brighton. significant death on the road a number of years ago.
loss of agricultural land & habitat

lack of infastructure, children come from miles away to the local schools
No benefit of building here due to loss of greenbelt when there is plenty of brown field sites in Shipley and commercial properties in bingley
bradford council is committed to zero carbon future, new homes and cars will not be net zero carbon
Ground Stability and drainage
loss of privacy and daylight
unable to cope with increase in traffic
detrimental to residents
loss of community identity
increase in noise pollution
loss of walks and cycle paths
increase in traffic back up to and from Saltaire
