Representation Summary:

• Loss of habitat for wildlife that is enjoyed by both adults and children, which is in contradiction to the Local Area Strategy – Baildon “Protecting and enhancing existing open spaces and green areas”

• Loss of country side that is a well used by the local community for walking, which is again in contradiction to the Local Area Strategy

• The increased traffic resulting from adding the vehicles from 40 houses, will have an severe impact of the existing estate infrastructure that has only one route of ingress and egress that at times is extremely congested which is in contradiction to the Local Area Strategy – Baildon “Delivering new or enhanced infrastructure"

• The local amenities such as schools, shops and health centres is already over stretched which again is in contradiction to the Local Area Strategy – Baildon “Delivering new or enhanced infrastructure"
