I do not think that the local infrastructure can support the increased level of dwellings. Specially, I do not think local roads can cope with the additional vehicles and that public transport facilities, especially trains, can cope with the significant extra level of commuters.
I also believe the environmental impact will be significant and that there are better suited sites elsewhere in Bradford, such as brownfield sites that may also provide a better mix of more affordable housing options to cater for all the various housing needs.
