I have been a resident of Scalebor for almost 17 years. In this time I have seen big increases in local traffic, busier trains, longer waiting times for doctors etc etc. On the subject of the proposal to add even more houses and building them on green belt land I strongly object. There is also a covenant in place which ,states the proposed site must remain as grazing land unless otherwise agreed by the residents of Scalebor. This is highly unlikely to happen
