There are major flooding issues with the piece of land and this will be exasperated. Moorlands Avenue experience large scale flooding each time there is heavy rainfall. The fire brigade have attended due to flooding and sandbags are regularly used to protect houses. One property had to have carpets replaced due to the flooding.
