Significant impact on wild life.
Heights Lane is a narrow road with no pavements, the additional traffic generated as a result of this development will create a dangerous situation for pedestrians.
Given the width of the road entry and exit to the could prove problematic.
Addition to the traffic flow down Heights Lane towards the roundabout will create further problems at an already difficult junction.
