The site is situated approximately 200m from the Bingley South Bog SSSI. Further assessment of the likely risks relating to air pollution, discharges and water supply should be undertaken at the site level, and consultation with Natural England carried out if necessary. We recommend that site requirements identify this as a constraint and include requirements for habitats to be avoided, mitigated or adequately compensated for where appropriate.
