Oakworth is already overdeveloped causing heavy traffic& congestion though the village leading to additional air pollution and health concerns. Parking is very limited so bin wagons or emergency services already struggle to access some properties. The sites are also green belt for a reason and given conservation issue should remain so. Local infrastructure schools drains etc are also at capacity drains have already started to collapse There are other local buildings which could be converted to offer the extra housing required
