This is a green site, so why build on it? There has been a loss of green field space at Cottingley already. This would join Cottingley and Nabwood.The main road is a very busy, and speed cameras are in place, with a very busy roundabout. More houses, each with 3 - 4 cars would make this road even more dangerous, particularly at morning school drop off. The number of dangerously parked cars and craziness at the roundabout is already a hazard to anyone unfortunate enough to be negotiating this area.
