Too much pressure on the river causing flooding to the houses on Branksome and towards Wagon Lane rugby ground. Loss of habitat and buffer zone between built up areas. There are lots of brown field sites in Bradford. Green these up. Lay grass, plant trees and build houses on them. This may be a little less profitable than digging up green belt but better for the environment. Surely that is a small price to pay. Bradford has become an eyesore of scruffiness. Keep the greenbelt green and attractive. Do the scruffy derelict areas up, then Bradford may become a better place to live.
