1. Preservation of wildlife - Bats fly between the trees on the planned site at the rear of my property.
2. Foxes and Deer - seen in this area along with Owls - not seen but can be heard
3. The increase of hardcore materials in this area will increase the rain flow, increasing the flood risk in a known flood risk location
4. Will spoil the view to the rear of my property which one of the reasons i moved into the property
5. Increase in traffic will spoil the tranquility of the neighbourhood and make it more difficult to get out onto the main road which is already difficult at times
