In summary, I object to the proposed earmarking of KY12/H for housing based on;

1) Poor access for Moorlands Avenue currently, including parking and traffic issues and emergency vehicle access.
2) Flooding - the area and properties on this street already flood and since development on a neighbouring site, Oakworth Road has been treacherous at the school junction all the way down.
3) Greenfield sites being lost despite the fact they should be protected under the National Planning Policy Framework.
4) Lack of infrastructure, including school places for primary children, convenience stores and other facilities and GPs and healthcare.
5) Contradiction with the National Planning Policy whereby Brownfield sites are not being considered and Greenfield sites are not being protected. Social and community health and wellbeing are being discounted in favour of over developing our green space.
6) Wildlife disturbance.
