Representation Summary:

The land currently occupied by Queensbury Golf Course should be allocated for housing development. It is clear that Queensbury needs more housing and the Queensbury Golf Course land is directly adjacent, and very similar to QB4/H and therefore ideal for housing development. It is close to local shops, schools, amenities, facilities and a bus stop. A local parade of shops is also within 250m to the north. Schools and medical centres are available within less than a 20 minute walk at 1.2km away.
