1) Unsuitable ground for housing as an underground culvert runs underneath St. Pauls Grove to between Bowman Road and Buttershaw Clinic. This has leaked into the field for the last 30 years. You are aware of this from years ago.
2) Bradford Council spent a lot of money creating a drainage ditch at the Bowman Road end to stop flooding into properties. This ditch runs across where the proposed entrance would be.
3) Sewers from St. Pauls Grove run down to Bowman Road.
4) School traffic is bad enough in Bowman Road without potentially another 60+ cars in and out twice a day.
5) This is the only green area left. We live in a triangle surrounded by busy roads, St. Pauls Avenue, Halifax Road and Buttershaw Lane. This field helps to offset some of the carbon from such traffic. Your plan will take this away plus adding additional traffic.
