This is an important greenfield site. The ecology of the site will be affected.
Flood risk from water running off the moor.
Infrastructure of Ben Rhydding Drive cannot support more vehicles, No footpath for most of the length of the road therefore dangerous for young children and wheelchair users. Too far for grammar school students to walk to school therefore more vehicles on the road which will not fulfil sustainable/carbon neutral principles.
