This is an area of greenbelt in Ben Rhydding. There is not the local infrastructure to support the number of dwellings proposed. Schools, Surgeries are already severely compromised and cannot accommodate a growth in population which would result from this proposal. I am concerned about access and the increased level of traffic in this residential area. Pollution levels and environmental issues are a concern. There is a population of Barn Owls close to this area which will be threatened if more development takes place.
