This is an area of green belt which should be protected. The number of houses is excessive. The access is not safe nor suitable and the increased traffic will have an impact on pollution and safety in the area. There is not the infrastructure in schools to expand their classes and other service are overstretched. The town has become very congested with traffic and visitors and this needs to be reduced, not increased.
