This is an area of greenbelt in Ben Rhydding. There is not the local infrastructure to support an increase in properties. Schools, Surgeries and other necessary facilities are already stretched and cannot accommodate a growth in population which would result from this proposal. I am concerned about access and the increased level of traffic and noise in this residential area. Pollution levels and environmental issues are a concern.
