I object to the planned development for the following reasons. Increased traffic on Heights Lane which has not clear pedestrian access already and not a suitable road for heavy traffic. Access roundabout at the end of Heights Lane already a major accident spot. Destruction and loss of wildlife in numerous forms, further overload to crowded schools (Heights Lane not currently in catchment area for village schools) overload to already stretched GP services, drainage overload and flooding, increased pollution and loss of open space.
