This major development again on our precious Green Belt land does not take into account the lack of infrastructure in terms of sewage capability, schooling capacity and access /egress to the major road which is already extremely busy and often at a standstill.
If we continue with projects of this nature we will end up with Urban Sprawl, where the areas of Ilkley, Ben Rhyding and Burley in Wharfedale will morph into one and their individual identities will be lost.
