I support Queensbury Golf Club being incorporated into the Local Plan for housing in Queensbury. It would appear that more housing is required and the services and infrastructure adjacent would support this. Access and egress is better here than at the Fleet Lane proposal, as the Denholmegate road south is generally less congested than going north. There are easy access ways to schools and the local amenities (ie Tesco). Coming from Fleet Lane area will add to the congestion at the Traffic Lights, when families and shoppers gain access to Tesco from the North side of Queensbury.
