Fully support the planning application for Queensbury Golf Club site being included in the local plan. The area urgently needs more housing, there is a large medical centre, 2 dentists, 2 large supermarkets plus numerous local shops so the local infrastructure will support more housing. Indeed, the infrastructure is just a short walk from there propped development. In addition, the site is close to bus stops to both Bradford and Halifax.

This proposal also abuts a proposal allocation QB4/H - there is no difference in the location and sustainability of the golf course site and the QB4/H.

This area is far better suited than the proposed area off Fleet Lane which lacks the closeness of the local infrastructure.
