Representation Summary:

Land at queensbury golf course should be allocated for housing development this site is in a suitable location near to local shops,schools,amenities, facilities and a bus stop, as well as directly abutting a proposal allocation QB4/h there is no difference in the location and sustain ability of the golf course site and the QB4/H.

The town centre high street Tesco store and associated bus services to Bradford and Halifax are all less than a 10 minute walk away at approximately 600 metres to the north. A local parade of shops is also within 250metres to the north, schools and medical centres are available within less than a 20 minute walk at 1.2 km away. There is also a bus stop located directly outside of the site for those that are less mobile and may require assistance to get to the town centre.
