On balance I object, I am still concerned about the traffic impact of a development on the edge of town, but its more acceptable for sustainable living/travel than the site IL1/H. The impact of site development could be mitigated by reducing its size and the number of planed homes. Visual impact should be addressed with careful design/tree planting. I note flood risk concerns have been addressed by reducing the area planned for development.
