In total this is over 300 houses. This is massive and must be planned for. This will attract over 1000 people, and maybe as many cars, many children needing schooling, doctors surgery’s, police, fire fighters, parking, good road systems. This must be phased in slowly for the towns to cope. I believe a minimum of ten years.
