Amenity impact on South Pennines SPA, as within 7km and likely to increase visitor numbers which will impact on SPA.

Impact on schools - Do they have the capacity to copy with increased housing numbers
Increased surface water runoff - Impact on the River Wharfe WFD status OR if feed in to sewers does Ilkley STW have the capacity to cope and will it lead to increased CSO discharges, which may affect Wharfe Bathing Water /WFD status?
Light pollution from increased housing and street lighting - impact amenity, wildlife.
Will the houses be truly affordable housing for young people in this area when house prices are generally high?
