•There being no Transport Plan in place. The Wharfedale Rail Line and A65 and A660 roads are all already running at peak time capacity. The proposed developments for Burley in Wharfedale and Wharfedale would add significant additional rail and road traffic to a network which could not cope. There appear to be no plans for the rapid change required to resolve this.
