•The fact that any affordable housing built in Burley in Wharfedale would be priced at a level that would be out of reach for the vast majority of those in the Bradford district who would be classed as in need of Affordable Housing. Should housing not be prioritised in areas with lower house prices, to make them within reach of those in the district most in need of affordable housing?
