Development of IL3/H will significantly disfigure the character of the Ben Rhydding area, putting extra strain on existing services. The proposed area is far enough away from the train station, schools and amenities to ensure that residents will rely on private vehicle use.

This development is in direct contravention of the National Planning Policy Framework Green Belt policy “To assist in safeguarding the countryside from encroachment" and should not progress any further than this consultation.
