Far too many houses planned on a sensitive area. Will create traffic issues throughout Nab Wood particularly Bankfield Road and Drive along with junction of Bradford Rd and New Close Rd that already suffer from rat running. The area is currently well populated with wildlife including deer, owls and kestrels. The it is also part of catchment for the stream that often floods properties on Branksome Drive and will therefore further increase the risk. While I recognise some development may be needed far fewer houses done in an environmentally sensitive way would be more appropriate.
