We moved locally in 2020, a big factor was the open field that provides great views across the valley. We extensively use the greenbelt, like many others, for walks and picnics.
Glenview drive is not suitably wide as an access road accepting only single file traffic. The pavement is also narrow with mature trees making the pathway difficult to walk on. Increased traffic will pose a safety risk.
Our property suffers from excessive overground water flow causing flooding with heavy rainfall. This is likely to worsen if the greenbelt is built-on without adequate drainage and measures in place.
