I wish to object the the proposed idea of building on Moss Carr Road in Long Lee, codes KY18/H, KY19/H. Adding 142 dwellings to the Long Lee area is not viable. The infrastructure of the area could not support an increase in residents this big. The roads are already busy due to the school and current residents, there is only one small local shop, there is no post office anymore and the buses only run once an hour. In addition to this the doctors surgery is only able to operate three days a week due to lack of staff. This is not an area that can cope with a huge influx of new residents that this proposed build will create.
In addition to this the fields around Long Lee make it a green place to live and it would be detrimental to the local area to further reduce this space.
