This plan should not be approved. Oakworth does not need any more houses. The field is a wild meadow, which is very rare around these parts. It brings wonderful wildlife to the area such as deer and owls, who return every year to have families and would no longer be able to do this. Let’s preserve the greenbelt site. The village is already congested. This development could bring up to another 60 vehicles to the area, adding more pressure to the local services and roads. The local school is also full to capacity.
